All reservations are subject to tour and boat availability. A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive direct confirmation from Roatan Island Style Tours via email or WhatsApp.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate details when making a booking, including the full name of the primary contact, total number of adults and children, travel date, contact phone/WhatsApp number, cruise ship name or resort/hotel location, and any special requests or transportation requirements.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No Advance Down Payment Required: To make booking hassle-free, Roatan Island Style Tours does not require an upfront deposit to hold your excursion date. Your complete payment is due on arrival prior to starting your tour on the date of your reservation.

All our boat excursions include onboard life vests, snorkeling gear, and a cooler stocked with complimentary water, sodas, beer, fresh fruits, and snacks (maximum capacity 8 guests per boat). Additional items, full meals, souvenirs, or third-party venue entrance fees not specified in your package carry a separate charge.

Because we do not charge advance deposits, we operate on mutual trust with our guests. If your travel plans change, we respectfully ask for as much advance notice as possible:

• Guest Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour date if you need to modify or cancel your booking so we can open the boat availability to other travelers.
• 100% Port Cancellation Exemption: If your cruise ship is unable to dock in Roatán (Coxen Hole or Mahogany Bay) due to rough weather or schedule changes, your booking is automatically cancelled with zero fees or obligations.
• Weather / Safety Cancellations: If Roatan Island Style Tours must cancel an excursion due to severe marine weather, unsafe sea conditions, or mechanical issues, we will work with you to reschedule or cancel your trip without penalty.

While our tours cater to hotel guests, vacation rentals, and cruise travelers alike, we fully understand the strict timeline required for cruise ship passengers arriving in Coxen Hole or Mahogany Bay.

Departure and return times for cruise guests are custom-tailored specifically around your ship’s official arrival and gangway schedule, ensuring a stress-free return with ample time before ship departure.

Roatán's coastal wind, sea swell, and underwater visibility can vary depending on weather conditions. Marine activities—such as open-water reef snorkeling, coastal boat cruises, and mangrove canal navigation—may be modified or adjusted for safety.

Roatan Island Style Tours reserves the right to adjust boat routes or substitute open-water snorkeling spots for protected mangrove channel waterways when necessary to ensure guest safety and comfort.

Our boat excursions feature open-water swimming, barrier reef snorkeling, water bike rides, and mangrove canal cruising. Guests are responsible for assessing their physical capabilities prior to participating in swimming or snorkeling.

Guests must follow all marine safety guidelines given by our captain and tour staff. Life vests are provided for all guests on board and must be worn whenever instructed by the captain or during required water activities.

Select excursion packages include stopovers at local seaside restaurants, cultural spots, or independent beach facilities across the East End. Roatan Island Style Tours coordinates these visits for guest convenience, but independent venues operate under their own local management policies.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, camera gear, smartphones, and bags during land transport and boat rides. Roatan Island Style Tours is not liable for items lost, dropped in the water, stolen, or damaged by sea spray. We strongly recommend bringing waterproof bags or cases for electronic devices.

Round-trip land transportation from cruise ship ports (Coxen Hole / Mahogany Bay), resorts, hotels, or private vacation rentals can be arranged upon request. Please note that land transportation involves an additional fee, which varies depending on your specific pickup and drop-off location on the island.

Guests taking advantage of arranged transfers are asked to adhere closely to scheduled pickup times to ensure a seamless itinerary and timely arrival for boat departures.

Guests are expected to treat captains, guides, drivers, island residents, and local marine life with respect. Roatan Island Style Tours reserves the right to decline service or discontinue a tour if a guest exhibits disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or conduct that threatens vessel or passenger safety.

Children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian throughout all boat transit, mangrove canal cruises, and snorkeling stops. Parents are responsible for ensuring properly fitted life vests are secured on children prior to boat departures.

Requests to adjust departure times, party size, or tour selection are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email if you need to adjust your booking details.

Boating, snorkeling, and aquatic activities carry inherent marine risks. By participating voluntarily, guests acknowledge ordinary risks associated with ocean travel and water recreation. Roatan Island Style Tours takes all standard safety precautions to deliver a secure, comfortable, and memorable East End excursion.

By completing a reservation request or participating in any tour hosted by Roatan Island Style Tours, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
